If you link to a blog post(not the blog itself) here is what you do. If you do go to the "Contact Me and General Comments" page on my blog, then you link to web-page that links to a blog post of mine.
You must also say the site that you made link to me.
This policy does NOT apply to Facebook, Twitter and other social networks.
